Ok, here it goes.....RESENTMENT. Harbored anger against other for mistreatment etc etc etc. I have resentment towards a fellow worker that has come on board in nov 2006. I really don't have any reason not to like him or want to work with him. I just do. He is arrogant in my view and i don't particularly respect him.

I know this may not be what you want to hear but my faith in God has gotten me through what I had to deal with. Having resentment at others was so hard for me to get past. I realized that for every person I had a resentment at it was because I saw something of myself in them. This may not be the case with you. This is only my experience.
