I had some very dark and disturbing dreams about my ex-b/f. In the last one he stabbed, dismembered and killed me. This is so terrible, i don't know why i would have this kind of dream. I have not had any contact with him since Feb 8, 2007 and i would think that i would have less anxiety than this.

Question... do you see him as capable of that level of violence? I posted in your following journal entry prior to reading this one, it appears that you are concerned that he might have the power to harm you, it doesn\'t necessarily mean physically, could be about you emotionally... need to consider different factors. Before you go to sleep, say a prayer asking the Lord to protect you in your dreams, and if it\'s something you need to know ask for His guidance in understanding what the dream(s) mean. The Lord\'s Protection be with you!
