13 days since i left an abusive relationship and am doing pretty good. i have not been tempted to call him as much and some of the pain is subsiding. of course my dr doubled my prozac...yes. I do wonder how he is and where he is. I hear that is part of the stage of leaving someone. But I have been re-thinking when my mind starts drifting ro Euphoric Recall. I simply start think about something else or the opposite or recall a real bad memory. That has really help me.
