Green Smiley Monday
Good Monday morning!
I actually am smiling a bit this morning. I had a pretty good week and hope this one will be as uneventful!
I have gotten back to my walking routine. I am getting faster, and even ran a bit when I got a text telling me that my condo board colleague was waiting for me in the lobby. We were meeting to discuss the fall garden cleanup and I forgot. So I walked jogged for about half a mile. Since the last bit is up a bit of a steep hill, I got my exercise!!
I went door knocking again on Saturday and will be doing it again this coming weekend. I have met some interesting people - some positive, some rude and some in a bath towel!
I don't usually remember dreams but as i was doing a crossword puzzle, a clue was for the word lottery. It made me smile as I recalled my dream. We had won $10 million on a lottery ticket! I recall feeling good about it but not overly excited. I was having trouble deciding which charity would be the best to spend half of it on and then tried to decide who would get how much in our family. I woke up before we started planning our itineraries for future travels! I do remember thinking that "From now on, I'll be able to travel first class!
So, the week is starting off well.
Wishing all a wonderful week!
My Dear Lisa: I am missing hearing your voice but I can hear your chuckle in my mind. Were you responsible for my inability to find my black jacket? I tried to find it on Saturday. I went through the closet 3 times, item by item and it was not there. I thought I had left it at the museum. Yesterday, I went to find another one and it was in plain sight! I asked you dad if he had picked it up. He said "No, I would have made more of an issue of it!". Anyway, it made me smile. I miss you always and love you forever. Mummy

OOh, I envy your walking! Mine is not so good lately, have to begin again. The marathon I was watching, \"Breaking Bad\" is a series that is now finished. Very nicely terminating, with all the t\'s crossed, and i\'s dotted. Beck told me that Jacob loved this series, too and saw it in it\'s original format 4 years ago! It pleases me that Jacob had his visual pleasures, and they\'re similiar to my own.
What a neat dream.
Great Big Hugs,
Terry
I\'ve fallen behind lately with my walking...down from 5 miles a day to only 2-3. Back on track today though, so feeling good about that.
Love that you\'re green today and am so proud that you are walking and getting out and about, doing good for your community and yourself!
Hope the winning lottery ticket finds it way into your hands, and don\'t forget FMO when it does!! Just say\'n!!
I saw your double on sat night.... made me smile when I saw the lovely lady and it reminded me of you!!!
Damn, you guys make me envious on walking LOL. I just don\'t have the time what with working retail hours. And come November, we will be staying open until 10 at night instead of 9. Holiday hours. But I am SO proud of you all that do the walking. When I retire (if I ever can LOL), I am going to walk and walk and walk! And stop and smell the roses along the way! I googled how long it takes to walk 5 miles and it says something like about an hour and a half...I am thinking I will try to do maybe a little bit on my days off. Love you and miss you bunches~
Peace.
Hi Marlene! Perhaps Lisa would like to see you in a \"brighter\" color rather than black? I never thought much about it, but I suspect they see more \"white\" and bright colors there...may be a message?...I\'ve had that happen too...Looked EVERYWHERE and can\'t find something. Then a short time later...IN PLAIN SIGHT and nobody has touched or moved said item...Yup, I figure it\'s gotta be them!
I like how you thought of splitting 1/2 your lottery windfall with charity...Even in your dreams you\'re so kind and giving! :-) Have a great week! Love, Donna
Here\'s to a \"first class\" week and good for you for getting in that walking. :)
I think that must be the only \"black\" jacket you own because you adore wearing the most spectacular colors so perhaps too Lisa knew that it would be a jacket you would know she was having fun with. :)
Enjoy your week and what a dream that was! So very vivid too and there is your generous heart thinking of others.
Lots of love your way and always for your Lisa.
XO Joanie
I am impressed on your walks! It is not easy to get started or to stay with it. I hope you have a great week!
Love ya,
Leda
There is no safe walking areas, close to where I live, or in the whole town really. I am amazed that the tourists are not mugged, while walking around down town. It is not even safe, walking in the mall. We only have one mall in Vicksburg and it is going down fast. I may have to join a gym, when I feel like I can even do some walking. I am proud of you though !! Good Job :)
(((HUGS)))...Julia
Keep walking Ms M it is so good for your heart see you gave away 1/2 of your winnings LOL
Also keep dreaming on those winning numbers and then play them, you will get your 1st class postions :)
Hugs Penny
Marlene, good to hear you are feeling well and walking/jogging.
Lisa was up to something wasn\'t she? Heheh.
I hope your dream of winning the lottery comes true. First class all the way.
Love to you and Lisa, Linda
