Update
Thank you for the hugs. I try to read the journals - I just don't have the energy to respond. I guess I am still having my self pity party.
I am doing a bit of work. At least I don't have to go away. I am developing an orientation program for a new program. It has to be done by the middle of September so at least I know the end. It does get my mind off my problems.
I have walked most days and my blood pressure is behaving so that is positive.
I have days when I feel so lonely. I have friends and of course Joe. But I miss talking to Lisa. I think i will always feel this emptiness.
I think of you often and send all a big hug.

It\'s ok to have a pity party. Every right to feel that way. Our lives have been turned upside down with our losses. Hugs!
Sending you lots of love you are doing great. Take it easy on yourself and one day at a time, I miss my son more and more each day.. You\'re doing fine. Hugs Anne
Pity party or not, we miss our girls! It\'s so hard....
Gentle care my friend and appreciate the update. Hope that blood pressure continues to behave and the walking is good. Always missing and longing for your Lisa that is a given... So wish our children were with us in the ways that we need them to BE.
Loving care dear Marlene and you are being thought of by me.
XO Joanie
Sending Hugs Marlene. We will always miss our children. With Love, Terry
Its ok...you may need to just cocoon & take care of yourself right now. Love & hugs to you and Lisa, Linda

I\'m late in reading this but I know that hollow empty feeling of loneliness you speak of. Keeping busy helps a lot and I am glad that you have work programs to prepare.
Sending lots of love and gentle hugs of comfort ~ Debbie
Sept. 1st will be my son\'s first Angel date. I too am having a giant pity party. Sometimes, I feel like an orphan!! I miss my son every day. He was my confidant and great friend.
I am glad you have work to keep your mind occupied. I read a lot, to do the same thing. I hope you are having a pleasant Sunday.
((((HUGS))))....Julia
In my opinion, sometimes you are entitled to a pity party and if there is a good reason for it, this is it!
With love,
Leda
I feel the emptiness you speak of so often and like you, keeping busy is good medicine. I would like to be your friend and travel alongside you on this journey none of us want to be on. Take care of yourself. BarbaraWawa
