Green Smiley Monday
Again I don't feel very smiley but here goes:
I smile because I am visiting with my son and DIL
I smile because Tiina (myDIL) and I went shopping at an expensive outdoor equipment and clothing store and a second hand store that sells everything for a dollar or less. We had fun at both places.
I smile because my sister-in-law is being very realistic yet optimistic about her cancer - the chemo has not been working. Pls pray for her.
I smile because we booked our tour of Greece. After that Joe and I are going to walk the Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain. That was the reason for visiting the sport store - to get lightweight (very lightweight) hiking clothes.
I smile among the tears.
I wish everyone a happy and peaceful week.

Well I guess...having a smile is good...even if it is among tears...good for you! Love and gentle hugs...Karen
Marlene, even in the midst of missing our kids if we can smile it is a good thing. I think it represents growth & Healing. Love to you and Lisa, Linda
A very encouraging journal to read. You have some fun adventures planned and I know having things such as this to look forward to means so much. Hopeful for your sister-in-law too and her healing. Love, Joanie
