what a fucking day.just found out aol have been ripping me off.i subscibed to there aol gold package for 25 pound a month.there are three different types silver 15 pound gold platinum 30 pound monthly.there removed gold and put me on silver but ive still been paying 25 pound not 15 pound.there done this to everyone on gold.i pay yearly.checked my statement for this year there been charging me 29 pound a month.14 pound more.phoned them up spoke to some irish guy.just took the piss.told him to fuck off.phoned again spoke to an irish lady.complety different.shes refunded every month from last december.thats when there should have reduced mine.108 refund.if i stay on aol there will reduce my month charge to 9.99 month.result.now getting it 5 pound cheaper than other people on same package.there way of an apolgy.good enough for me.
