todays been another crappy day.depression bad head sore and achey.feels like my heads in a vice.had a pretty bad dizzy spell today.thinking about stopping my meds again done so the other week but my girlfriend persuding me to start taking them.depressios been going on since last november.after coming out of  asever manic episoed.but i felt great.love hypermania me its the best feeling you can ever have,but the depressions always close behind.also bloody mouse on my pc not working properly.
