not been a bad day at all feeeling pretty good untill the late afternoon  took dog for a walk got back home  took a dizzy spell when i was on the computer  lay down lastd a few hours room spinning unable to walk just wait till it passes.been doing well the last few  days  confidence was growing now knocked me back again,i suppose the prognosis of this illness is normally good days with bad days may have several good days little dizzy at times then few bad days vertigo etc,this will have to be somthing ill have to learn to live with.
