thursday 3rd may first entry give a quick story for the past year feb last year relasped back into a depressive episode witch lasted till march this year. had course of ect didnt help.began coming out of the episode was feeling quite well decided to try and come of the lithium was doing fine untill a week ago then suffered a mixed episode. saw my doc on monday restarted lithium still no better,looks like i may have triggerd episode of depression all for nothing well at the moment mixed episode has improved but very depressed.
