Hi there..some days are better than others..I have tests again end of next month and am hoping that all will be clear for me...Did your husband have his kidney removed?my tumor was 8 and half cms..I came through the op ok but a year after I hit the wall with post traumatic shock and spent a year on/off bed it was just terrible...I am a registered nurse but now retired and knowing what I did was awful...Love Del..
hi del, my husband\'s right kidney was removed last october 2009. he is doing well and is very positive. he is having his 6 months check same as you. i will include you in my prayer that you will have a good result by the end of the month. are you seeing an oncologist? are you taking any medications? my husband is not taking anything.
Hi liezl...how are you both.. No I dont see an oncologist, I see the urologist who did the op for tests and results..and no I dont take any meds either...but I just know God is looking after me...I nursed my DAd..Mum and husband to their death, so I just hope I am spared to continue with my life..I am 65 now..how old is your hubby... and I just can not believe where the last 5 yrs have gone..My kidney was removed in June 2009 as well..so I just look forward and take every day as it comes and try to enjoy life best I can I get lonely as we didnt have children and only have a brother as his wife was taken with breast cancer a yr before my hubby...thats life and every day is importnat..Love to youboth Del..
hi del, we are both ok. same with my husband, he is not seeing an oncologist. his urologist and nephrologist is taking care of him. same as you he is so very positive and enjoy\'s life everyday. my husband is 49 years old. still so young to have rcc as the doctors told us. you have been to a lot for the past years. i know the good Lord is looking after you. stay happy and i will always include you in my prayers friend. love, liezl
