Hello, team. Are they resolutions? I dunno, I don't tend to use them that way. But every year I go through my private blog and do a self-assessment.  It's premature to say I am pulling out of this funk of 20-something years. but things, after years of trial-and-error, may be finally amounting to something.   So for the general interest of the kind people here I decided to list the what's-left-on-my-to-do-list.1) Live in the moment. I hear this all the time. I cannot do it (to date). Too busy struggling withe the letting go thing. I am going to let that go. 2) I have made the mistake of believing that the happiest people are the ones who are at. ooooh, I am forgetting how it goes...at peace, I guess we can call it. I spent too much time blocking things out in order to find peace. Shit like that. I will now examine the concept that the happiest people are the ones who can appropriately deal with conflict at the moment. Those who face life's moments easily. 3) I MUST no longer define success by how much sex I can get. I know this has been a self-esteem buster and I doubt I can achieve this one in a year. I just like sex way too much. At least that what I remember about it. 4) I have to make a greater effort to establish working, healthy relationships with all peoples. This basically means Then when I talk to anyone, I am in the moment, not thinking about getting away, or where I should be instead of talking, and giving full eye contact and paying attention. This may be tough but I have 360 days, 360 opportunities to make baby steps. It is printed (so it must be true) that people who have healthy interpersonal skills are more likely to be able to deal with life's bullshit without freaking out. Something like that. Developing socials skills is key. I fear teenagers and old people to some degee. And I see the reasons behind that but they are not valid but still the fear stays.  whatever. these are them.G
