hey everyone, i'm doing better. I have move my left arm but it's still weak. They have me doing some exercises everyday to see how much of my body is still working right. yes it sounds scary but the muscles are just basicly in shock, i should be able to move in a week or so. and to answer shaner question, no i'm not a criple, i'm just really sore and cant move for a while and no i wont rock climb for a lnog time and yes i will get better, that answers the most asked questions, haha, have a great sunday everyone, thanks for your warm thoughts and prays, their working.

Hey James, I can\'t tell you how relieved I am to hear that you are on the mend. So good. I had a seizure at work the other day, so I have to go to the hospital on Wednesday for a electroencephalograph to make sure everything is okay. I am kinda nervous, but I think I am okay. I was out at a friends wedding last night really late and I feel fine now. Glad to hear that you are okay. God Bless.
