I give up. My TN pain came back yeserday and today. It is intense like it was last April. I guess I will increase the Trileptal to 300 mg twice a day. I just got off the phone with my neurologist's nurse and she said that cold air blowing on me can trigger a TN attack. Saturday I was outside without a coat and cap and that could have triggered this attack.I am now going to take 300 mg of Trileptal for three days to see if the TN pain goes away.
