Today again just touching the right side of my nostril area I got a shock. I increased my tripletal today to 150 mg twice a day without calling my neurologist. This was the dose I was taking when I had no TN pain for a many weeks.

People in our situation must experiment. That is what our doctors are doing with us. Granted they have they knoledge to know what they are doing and thus the ramifications of such acts, but you are familiar enough with the playing field that I think you are safe trying different things from time to time. Thats how I found that the oxy/cymbalta combo effects were of the greatest help for me.
