Today I visited my neurologist. For the past few days,  I noticed that I have been dizzy after exiting my car . I actually feel like I am going to faint for a minute or so. I feel that it must be the high dose of cymbalta(90mg) taken at night. I have been totally pain free for the last two weeks.After consulting my neurologist, I will only take 60 mg of cymbalt in the evening and continue tapering down slowly from the trileptal. Every two weeks I will take 75 mg less. Starting Sept 4 I started to take 75 mg twice  a day for the next two weeks.
