I will be taking the cymbalta at night for the first time today. I just cant take the dizzy feeling and I feel it is not safe to drive a car feeling so dizzy. Thanks Mike for the suggestion.Tonight I am reducing the Trileptal by 75 mg for the first time now that the 90 mg of cybalta seems to be working.
