I had the TN pain again this morning. I took an extra Cymbalta this morning after I had the pain. I am now taking 30 mg of Cybalta twice a day and 75 mg of Trileptal twice a day.Even tonight I am having the TN pain around my nostril. This is the same location where I felt the TN pain two years ago for the first time.
