This morning when I touched my face on the right side I had for one second some pain that I think was TN pain. It has been one week now and I reduced my Trileptal to 75 mg twice a day. I called my neurologist and she suggested that I continue to reduce the trileptal rather than increase the Cymbalta to 30 mg twice a day. She didnt want me to painic becuse of a one second pain.
