Went to my regular doctor today to get something to calm me down. He gave me xanax. Dont sure if I will take it or not. Confused about my state of mind.
hmm... he gave you something to calm you down, but you don\'t want to take it? where does the confusion stem from? are you worried about side effects? hope your pain and anxiety eases up soon. my thoughts are with you.
Then new med Trileptal makes me drepressed and tired but so far has eleminated the pain. My regular doctor hasnt been in his office for four months now and I am dealing with his Physcian\'s Assistance. After 12 years I may have to find a ndew doctor.

Dropped in to say hi. There are not many of us with this condition. TN does mess with your mind; I know where you are coming from. I try to stay a way from xanax, not because of the addiction factor but, rather it puts me in a state of mind where I do not care about anything. I think I do which is the problem. Everything seems to be \"just fine\". I could have a gun pulled on me and not be concerned with the situation. It may work well for you though. As we all know, we react differently to these meds. It may be worth a try. Anything to get rid of the horrible pain.
