Last night I had the shocking TN pain around 11 pm. I was pulling my shirt over my head and it touched my right eyebrow and triggered the TN pain. I was having such a good week and this sure shocked me. I did notice at the time my blood pressue was high at the time(188/86 pulse 92). I have been having problem keeping my blood pressure down and often think this could trigger the TN.

thats an idea u should post in the community and see diff things that trigger others tn...i think mines high too and i get headache when it feels high..tc tom
