I must have taken over 300 milligrams of Neurontin today and tonight the TN pain came back. Pain is not as severe but it came back. Any suggestion or help is greatly appreciated.

A doctor would have the best idea how fast it gets into the system or what dosages are normal for being helpful with TN.
