FOCUS Thats  the game plan today. Been off my square the last couple days and when you ask yourself why sometimes its becauseI don't know or the answer is there and I just have to seek it out or hold on for the ride. I do know its all about acceptance which is what the serinety prayer  is all about which I have been saying a lot lately but we are people that want everything today or yesterday and have to remain focused of these defects and change the thinking process,. People go back out into the madness or whatever there into that makes them discontent and I can never forget where I came from and where I was thats the bottom line.I also have to remember I am powerless over my addictions and others .  We can't will another person to sobriety and stay out of the way everyone has there own path or journey.   till next time
