Man what a week.  This process we go through not just to not drink but the everyday life, living life on life's terms.  For the life of mine   I really don't know what I would do if I didnt live the 12  steps on daily basis to the best of my ability. It helps me to stay in the day but also about my past and where I'm going. The steps for me is what its all about.   Issues we all have them right now  is being around toxic people because of my business I know I have choices but some I just deal with and move on.  Then there is family issues which are the hardest because well thier family but Im grateful I can step back and  not be willing to partake and most the time they take care of them selves after they notice Im not going to take the bait so to speak and get caught up in there bullshit, but with me I have a 91 year old mother living with my sister and they butt heads from time to time and then want me to fix it like I thought I did before you know (the control deal) but today I choose not to do that(most of the time) and when I do I have to back up and say to myself this is not healthy and try to make the right decisions. I went to eight meeting this week and didnt relize to today their was a reason I did because I needed to be around people like myself talking about recovery, what a concept but what I mean sometimes I don;t even relize it until it happens and today I do not even ask why It just happens.  The bottom line is I don't care what a good program you are working there is always room growth and change because thinks change on a daily basis and when something happens the 1st thing that comes to head is THEIR IS A SOLUTION TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING and  I search for that until I find it, sometimes quickly sometimes slow but the patients and acceptance it does come. Well I guess this enough on this, hope everyone has a good weekend. TILL   NEXT TIME

I\'m DEFINITELY a grateful recovering alcoholic! We have a program to deal with life on life\'s terms. How do \"normies\" deal with life without a program--LOL! Thanks for your support :)
