Well you know dates can be changed girlie. Remember I told you it\'s more fun to hang in there and just piss people off because you breath the same air they do.

The power of God excedes all else. The power of prayer triumphs over all. Your are in a spiritual battle and it is time to face it head on. You need to get down on your knee\'s and tell the demons that you are done. God is waiting for you to stand tall, he is there with you to help you. When was the last time you have actually opened up to God or anyone else? I don\'t judge, I just know it\'s a waist if you kill yourself. you are not doing yourself or anyone else for that matter any favors. Your pain is real trust me I know I have been there. I know how it feels to have depression. I also know how it feels to over come it. Is it easy, no it\'s not you have to fight. Can it be done, yes I am living proof. My life is amazing now, I have an amazing husband and an incredible child. My child has Cerebral Palsy and every day is a huge battle trying to help him out and get his medical needs met. I have leaned on God through all of it and I have not had depression through any of it because God has taken care of it all. I have stress but that is it. You can\'t tell me life is not worth living for because it is. If you kill yourself than you kill your future which means your future children will never have a chance to live, and your soul mate may never get to meet you. You really have to ask yourself is it worth it. NO it\'s not! Life is worth living! Talk to me and I will help you in any way I can, I have told you this before, but please don\'t kill yourself there is nothing to gain from it. Your soul will be troubled for all eternity if you do. It\'s not worth it.

Stephanie: You know me and you know my story, somewhat. I am a mother whose daughter took her own life. If she could change what she has done, I truly think she would but she can\'t. She was in pain too, but if she would have reached out and asked for help, not only me, but her friends would have tried to convince her that no problem is that bad and we would have tried to direct her to somehow get the help she so desparately needed, only the right people didn\'t know what pain she was in. What can we do for you here at Daily Strength? Remember the saying: A permanent solution to a temporary problem. Don\'t go there. Reach out. But reach out to the people who do have the power to help you. Your friend, Barb

my dear Flute, I have suffered from depression on and off for 12 years and at times I have been in so much pain and I have wanted to die, I have been driven mad with the pain of it....but please believe me that it does pass...and when it does it is the most amazing feeling it actually makes it worth what you have been through to feel that wonderful feeling of being OK. Also as a depression suffering when you get happy, the feeling is alot more intense and wonderful ffor you because you appreciate it so mcuh more than someone whos never had depression. when you heal you find yourself grateful for the smallest and simplest of pleasures that you would not/could not have even seen or felt when you were in you hole.

Obviously you cannot know or understand how this feels when you are in the depression hole and when you are in the hole you can never ever see a way out....its the rules of the hole.....BUT what you can do is this, just wait, believe me that you will gt out of the hole and some point and when you do it is going to be the most amazing feeling you have ever had...and it will make all your suffering worth it....thats all you hae to do. Wait, and believe me that when this passes it will be wonderful.

I believe everyone gets depressed for a reason, but the difficulty is with people is they usually cant see what that reason is to put it right...so we contnue being depressed until such time as we work out what the reason is.....

This happened to me, I kept getting depressed I had no idea why...none whasoever.....I didnt even know enough to know there was a reason behind my depression...I just thought I was ill...so I went off and I got a good therapist..and I puzzled, and I cried and I moped and I moaned and I stamped my feet and I did nothing and I did everything....I was stuck...nothing I did made any difference....NOTHING..and just when I was on the verge of giving up all hope..I FINALLY worked out what my problem was....and I\'ve been getting better and better ever since. AND I promise you, the journey is well worth it.

Get yourself a great therapist, start your journey...and let me know when you come out of your tunnel!!

Love and hugs to you

I am here for you anytime you want to talk. You will never be judged by me ever.
