Bleck!!!

It's raining and cold and i feel like crap......I don't know if this is from the trip or if I picked up a bug or what. I have a headache and upset stomach and i feel off balance. Today will be a couch day, I took a long hot shower advil and now a cup of tea and a hotpack with lavendar and hopefully it helps.
