Tuesday
Well today was weigh in day.....it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was up 1.4. But i do feel back in control of myself so I will get back on track again.
Hubs bought me 3 new yoga dvd's to try......I hate technology, I can get a picture but no sound on the dvd player. It is very frustrating when i want to do the yoga and can't.......arrgghh!!!!!
I guess that means I should just head out to the hammock and do some meditation. There weather is still nice here warm but no humidity, i should go and enjoy it while it is here.....soon enough we will be complaining about the cold weather, although fall is my favourite time of year. I still think halloween is the best holiday ever.....just a kid at heart. Christmas is too much work now that I am an adult so that is one reason I like halloween better and I have such fun decorating.
Maybe I should go to the used book store and stock up on books, i have a ton that I could take in and get rid of too. I feel bored so I should find something to do before I get the munchies......

OOOOOoooooo, A Used Book Store!!! My idea of Paradise and my one absolutely true compulsion. I love books and reading. When I am at my sickest and can\'t think straight I just keep dropping levels of reading ability until I get to one I can understand. LOL
I so want to get a hammock for the fall part of the year. And it would be good for next spring. Unfortunately I don\'t have two trees to hang it from :-(
I am the same way with technology, well DVDs anyway. My hubby uses all the DVDs and VCRs in the house to record different stuff so I leave it alone. When I get ready to use it for my pilates, I can\'t get the darn thing to do what I want.
I didn\'t make it to the bookstore, hubby came home and fixed th e dvd player so I had sound, try to make it tomorrow.
my hammock is hung between the dog kennel and a tree, and it is deep in the shade....the dog decided to try and join me in it yesterday....lol 80lbs of dog in my lap swinging out of control.
autumn is amazing in a temperate climate. i have a couple of maples and a few birches and look forward to autumn too. books, life would be over without them, go get an armful. currently reading extremely loud and incredibly close but keep putting it down to ponder and for it to last longer.

Glad you mentioned that, maybe I can get my son or hubby to put a post in for one end. I have a tree in just the right spot. And that way I could take it down during the hottest and coldest weather. The heat here will dry rot anything that is out in the sun. And I only have a tiny bit of shade where I want to put the hammock.
I\'ve been itching to get to our used book store as I am out of books. Thought about one of those kindles, but no wifi and I\'m not paying for that right now. I think one of those would be great. Need a new book, just download it. I don\'t know if you get this problem, but when I\'m in a used book store for a period of time I start getting sick-mold. I used to be able to stay in there for hours, but now I go in with my list ready. Glad you got your dvd fixed.
I always go to the bookstore with a list or i would never come out....lol I haven\'t noticed that I get sick when in there too long but I haven\'t been ther in a while either.
I have been looking at the Ipad....but I should probably learn to use the ipod first.....lol I have learned how to download my music now so I am one step closer.
