I don't know what's going on today.......I feel amazing, full of energy and ambition. i have a few aches and my hands and knees are a bit swollen but WOW. that's all I can say. I have mada a cake, potato salad, chicken salad and have burgers waiting to go on the grill.
It's like I'm not ill except for the cough but thats nothing. I started taking Rhodiola that Cat recommended for mental clarity yesterday, that's the only thing new. I know this could just be a placebo effect but I am certainly going to enjoy it while it lasts.
While I've been baking and cooking I've had the tunes playing and I've been dancing around the kitchen having a great time. I even managed to get 2 loads of laundry done. I am totally amazed. I did have my 2nd boifeedback treatment this week too. I even remeberd to do my urine samples for the lab tomorrow. I'm a little giddy right now....I'm afraid I might do too much but who cares right now, I feel like I could take on the world....oh yeah I oorganized the broom closet too
