Doing really well during the day, but all hell breaks out with my meds from 5pm on I feel like shit, called the doctor about it.. the meds wear off, I become completely exhausted and dysfunctional.

That sounds like it really suck! I hope you can get a med tweak that will keep you feeling fine all day long!
