Started out this beautiful Saturday with a 4 mile hike with my dog Winter at 6:30 am and then we ran down the mountain on our return. I just love hiking! I find God in Nature and really feel a connection with my higher power. It makes me happy.
After hiking, I dropped Winter off at home and went to a Womens AA Meeting which was nice because I got to see some new friends that I have made from going to these womens meetings. I enjoyed the meeting and the message. Then I went out with my friend Marnie afterwards to have coffee and catchup. I'm enjoying making new friends in my womens meetings!!
Normally I have been feeling good during the days until early evening then my anxiety kicks in around 5pm. Its really frusterating. Its hard to plan things.  I normally try to find some relaxing TV to watch and always take a bath. I hate anxiety. It goes hand and hand with my depression.  My faith has gotten sooo much stronger since my last episode, and not having any family around. At night is when I feel terribly lonely and all my sadness comes out. I usually say,"This too  shall pass."

Glad you are doing well. I\'m not sure what to tell you about the anxiety. It\'s strange that it happens at the same time each day. Did something bad happen in the past at that time?

It sounds like you are in a very good place!! I hope the anxiety doesn\'t bedevil you too much. I hate anxiety and suffer from it quite a bit!!!
