11/13/2014 Not Sure About North Carolina Now

Talked again with my sister. The offer still stands for me to build my house, however she & her husband will never sell the land I build it on. I have a few emails out to the Board of Realtors & the County Manager in her county to find out where that leaves us as homeowner vs. landowner if I ever sell. So far, a trustworthy woman I know locally feels the way I do- not a good deal for me.
