A few years ago in the middle part of my addiction one fellow gambler related this story. At 18 he was given a weekend trip to Vegas as a high school present. First time he ever gambled. He lost $17,000 to begin with. Maxed out 10 thousand on his credit card. Totally cleaned out his savings and checking account. Cashed in his return flight and lost that money too. One of the pit bosses felt sorry for him and sent him home on a bus. he stayed away from gambling. He had a mess to deal with, but finally went to college and becane a doctor. This was just two days gambling and he couldnt stop betting. Just wush i had learned from his bad experience
