i havent been on for a while. life plays games with us all. good days and bad days sometimes in ruts other times just flying, a dance is what it is. i hope i can beat this. i dont want ms to win but the tightness in my head is almost becoming constant. i dont want to get lost here. so glad to have this place to hear from more like me. i dont think my family understands how beat i get after work. i'm not lazy but i cant get to much like i used to.

Do you have alot of headaches?? I have them all the time and its frustrating especially when I never use to have headaches. Is that what you mean by the tightness in your head. I hope you have a good day today and with this MS thing we just have to take a day at a time.. Hang in there!!!
