Today is a good day. I am coming to terms somewhat with this. I suspect I will have pain every day from now on and I will have to learn to live with it. Funny though, how I am noticing that even people without ms hate the heat, humidity, etc. migraines and all that stuff, so what's the hang ups here? Silly ol' me. Life is not that bad and there is definitely room for worse. So one day at a time, and today is good. Tonight I will do my shot. Now that I use the shorter 1 inch needles I can do it quickly and get it done. I don't worry now about stabbing a bone or anything else that might be there.  The shorter needles definitely ease some of the agony with the shots.  I will go to a meeting and I'll be fine. Glad it's friday, even with the 13th and all, heehee.
