Happy New Year

This may take more than one post!  But it's time again to take stock of 2012 & set new goals for 2013.
Financial
I paid off the credit card in 2012!  Not only that, I started a new account, got direct deposit to it & even started a checking & savings for my son!
Looking ahead, I want to get back into the habit of working with my checking account & develop a realistic payment plan on the equity line.  I know I won't be able to pay it off soon (if ever, if DH keeps using it), but this is what I feel I need to do.
Physical
I was a bit better with exercise & am starting to get in the habit of eating better at lunchtime.
As with everyone else in the world, I need to get back in the exercise saddle again.  Expand my Pilates routine, walk more vigorously, and start to think of managing my eating better.
Emotional
Thanks to Leslie Vernick's & Karla Downing's blogs & FB pages, as well as other sites, I've gotten a much better grip on what is my responsibility & what I should detach from.  I'm in a MUCH better place emotionally.
2013 will be about healthy boundaries, because I feel I've done the emotional work to be ready for & to understand them.  First up:  with Mean Sister.  More on that in another post!
Spiritual
Slowly, healing is coming along.  I think the one good thing about having the spiritual breakdown is being able to question the status quo & to think for myself.  It definitely is a journey.
I've started doing daily devotionals from some e-books I downloaded to my iPhone.  Also listening to the Daily Audio Bible podcast, which is pretty good.  I will not overload myself with spiritual "stuff".  I don't want that & neither does God, I think.
So that's where I am!  May everyone reach toward their goals as well!
