Just OK
Things have been "ok" lately. One thing I haven't mentioned is my Dr. visit a week & a half ago. She found a little redness (which could have been due to the speculum, which had been especially uncomfortable that day), so I've had to be on this cream for 2 weeks. Yuk. Now I'm having my occasional mid-cycle bleed-through. It's held off for quite a while, but it's back again (I think because of stress). Sometimes I really hate being a woman. Anyhow, I see the Dr again on May 1 to see if everything's gone away. If it has, good. If not, then a biopsy (:-P). My suspicion is that it will.
On some positive notes:
- my daughter started her volunteer work & enjoys it very much! I'm so proud of her! - At the end of the month, I'm going to be going to my elementary school's 100th anniversary & will be meeting up afterwards with the very first friend I made in my life. He's like the brother I never had!- lots of free records coming out of the woodwork for genealogy, not to mention the 1940 Census. That'll keep me busy for a while.
I've been fluctuating between giving myself a hard time & giving myself a break as far as getting things done around the house. I like to be really productive on the weekends. However, it was really nice out on Saturday, so instead of vaccuuming & mopping inside, I did yardwork outside. I fashioned some pieces of flagstone into steps on a sloping part of our garden so that it's much safer. Plus some cleaning out of the gardening area, as well as giving the dog a much-needed bath yesterday. Okay, yeah, that's a good bunch of stuff. I gotta stop with the perfectionism!

Another reason not to feel guilty: ok, so I didn\'t vacuum. There are 3 able-bodied people in the house who can! I don\'t have to do it all ALL the time!
