Good Morning
My son was ready relatively early today (in the car before 7:15). Found out why: since today is Monday, he needs extra time to bring his violin to the instrument room. Hey, I'll take it!
But he was also in a very cheerful mood this morning. He was even humming! (He hums when he's content or happy, like his dad & grandpa.) I hope the mood continues after school too!
We went to the "Silver Ring Thing" last night (a program encouraging abstinence). I explained to the kids that it was an important message to hear, especially considering all the messages from TV, etc. He said he agreed.
Another good thing is that, last Sunday, he had a substitute Sunday School teacher. She said he was really sweet & helpful & participated well (it was only him & my daughter in the class, but still...)
