Today has been a good day. I'm dog sitting for my friend Elly while she is on her honeymoon, I've walked her a lot & its hard to be sad with her around. The dog & my cats are getting along & Annie, the dog is lavishing me with dog kisses. Thank you God for a gentle day.

My dog spent the night at my sons casue I went to an out of town funeral and I keep looking around for him and then I remember he is out visiting. Boy do I miss my friend.Hugs, Inga

We are enjoying the dog. She is a rescue from Arkansas. She is a border collie mix. I call her a Borderline Collie, LOL. She is a great dog. I think Ken & I have a dog in our future. We really like Cavalier King Charles spaniels. I found a rescue for that breed on line. Hmmmm, maybe sooner than later. Annie is going back to her mom & dad today. My friend is back from her honeymoon. I\'ll miss her. She\'s a great dog. A fun & happy distraction. Hugs to all.

I know how amazing it is that animals can be so sweet and innocent that we can have that uncomplicated happiness like flowers on the water where sadness swims in the depths below. But enjoy the flowers, the animals.

I think a fur baby is in your future! I have always had dogs and for years we have had two. Just the best company ever and they tune in immediately to our feelings. Unconditional love and so many need caring homes. Delighted that this has been such a gentle and fun time with Annie. Hugs, Joanie
