Friends

I talked to one of my best friends and Martial Arts instructor in Castle Rock ,Colorado today .He had some bad news for me ,one of our students that was a friend of ours passed away .He was only 45 years old and he had been a very active person . But he had a massive heart attack and didn`t make it .He always was there to help and never had a bad word to say about anyone .It was a shock because he was in good shape and seemed fit .
