I am back from the pain doc.Not much to tell at this time,my back is still a little numb from the local that they used before injecting the steroids in the facets.They did tell me that in a day or so it will wear off and my back will probably have some pain for a few day`s then the steroids will kick in and it is supposed to give me about 2-3 weeks of relief.I don`t want to have to keep going back and forth to Lubbock for just a few weeks of relief.Right now I just don`t know if this is the way to go.I know that a week or two would be great but I was thinking that it was going to be longer than that.I guess it is some relief but...uuuuuggghhhh.With all of the break through`s in medicine you would think that they could come up with a better solution for pain.
