Today is not a good day for my neck,I know that since my surgery on my neck it has been stiff and sore.The surgery was in Dec.of 05 and there are days that it dosen`t matter what I do ,it just won`t ease up.It makes the muscles in my shoulders and back so tight that I think I am going to rip to peaces.I know this won`t happen but that is the way I feel.It is just so painful and it makes moving around almost impossible.I hate it when this happens because I need to do things and can`t do tham and even typing makes it hurt.I was just wondering if anything will help.I can`t take most of the Med`s that they want me to take because they either make me feel like crap or they just don`t work or they knock me out.I have tried to stretch the area out and I have used ice and heat on it but it is just not working.I do have muscle relaxers but then I can`t do anything that requires me functioning at any level when I take them.I guess I am just stuck as to what to do for this problem.Monte
