Yesterday it was like nothing was going the way it should have.The insurance company messed up the doctors messed up and the cable company messed up.YES the cable company,when we moved we gave them plenty of notice and they were supposed to cut our internet service off at the old place and connect it at our new place on the 1st of the month of December.Well we get a bill charging us for the whole month of December for both places which we proceed to contact them and ask them why?Long story but it does get worse believe me.We just thought we had everything straightened out last night and then this morning I can`t acsess my e-mail because the dummies shut it off instead of fixing it.So we call them agian and find out that thee guy that we talked with last night misspelled our last name and it made a seperate account for us and blocked our exsisting one from working.We finally get that straightened out and they tell us it could take up to 3 working day`s to get our e-mail set back up,even though they are the ones that screwed it up in the first place.So if you think it can`t get any worse just wait and watch it will.Sorry that I have such a bad attitude about all this but it just feels like everyone is just waiting there turn so they can jump in anscrew us up some more.All I have to say about it is NOCK IT OFF I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
