Second day of PT this morning was a little sore and stiff but got through everything they ask me to do.It was a little harder than yesterday even if it was the same routine.They did add one other thing that at first I didn`t know if I should try it.It was this chair looking thing that you get into with your knees first then sit down and hold onto the handle bars and then push backwards with your rear end and hold on .It does stretch out your back but they only wanted me to do this twice then cross my hands and do it twice more and it stretches a different set of back muscles.It worked and even adjusted my back a little.The one thing that I don`t like because it feels like my arms are going to fall off in the floor is the seated hand rowing machine,it also hurts my neck because of the angle that you have to look at the screen to keep up the amount of revolutions they want you to stay at.I have been to a lot of PT programs but this one seams like I am getting more help than any of the other ones,maybe it is because they had me working with more than one Thearpist today,I had at least 5 of them.Maybe it is because of all the problems that I have and all of them teamed up to work on me and get me some different things that might help.I can only hope.Had another talk with my GP today about seeing a NS and I told her that we are going to get a Point of Service insurance this next time around so that if I need to have another surgery then I can get it done in Lubbock,Tx.and the insurance and Medicare will pay for it.That way I won`t have to get someone to take me to Alburqurque if I need it.What  a pain when the insurance will pay for a hospital that has a record or having more patients that have surgery come down with some kind of infection than to let you have it in one that is rated the best in the state.....lol.....I guess they don`t care if you get something worse than what you went in with.I have contacted this company twice about getting a wiring harness for my 55 International truck but have not heard back from them as of this morning yet.I thought this computer thing was supposed to be faster than even talking on the phone when it comes to doing things like getting a professional opinion about something or getting a responce about something.Guess they didn`t get the message that we are living in the age of computers yet.Later,Monte
