Well it just seams like the week-end just started and now it is almost over,I didn`t think that I would ever say that after I retired but it dosen`t feel like I get enough time to spend with Brendy since she still has to go to work in the morning. Some of the time my day`s get mixed up and before you now it the week-end is here and gone before you know it.Does this happen to any of you? I never really thought about it when I was working but it get`s to me after only 2 1/2 years out of the work force.I guess I need to start doing something that feels like I am contributing to Us,but I just can`t think of what to do.And I am only allowed to earn a small amount of money after SS.So what do I do to stay healthy in mind as well as my body.Any suggestions?I can`t work with kid`s because of the brain injury,I can`t focus with a lot of noise,so kid`s are out.And Ican`t read very well because my eyes have problems staying on the right lines. Can`t go dig any ditches or even lift more than 20lbs,so anything physical is out.Have to sit after standing for 15 minutes, have to stand after 20 minutes of setting, have to lay down after 2 hours of both setting and standing, and I can`t drive for more than30 minutes without having back spasims,if you have any suggestions please let me know.I just thought that some of you have gone through some of the same thing`s that I have,so maybe you have some idea`s that I haven`t thought of yet.Well I am going to go for now so take care and I will talk to you later.M.

how about going to the senior citizens center in your area and volunteer taking meals on wheels. or volunteer on doing something there at the center. you will make some older people happy and helping yourself too. and God will bless you so much for helping people that are in need...........debbie
