Well I got up this morning at 5:00 am and feel just fine,no headache and no after effects of medication that I usually get.I`m going to Lubbock,Tx. today with my sister in-law to take her nephew to catch a plane to go visit his grand parents.Yes we will do some shopping if I can hold up that long.I also want to meet with a contractor and see how much it will cost for them to build a home for us.Lubbock is 1 1/2 hrs away and it is interstate all the way so I`m hopping that I will do ok.I can`t travel as good as I used to.When I was working in Industrial Radiography I would go to work and drive 500 miles and then work all day then drive back to the shop and do the same thing the next day.I worked at this type of job for 17 years and it was the same thing almost every day until I had the MVA in 1992 and the new bosses and I just couldn`t agree on thing`s that they said they would do when my Work Spealist from the Americans With Disabilities was there.After she told them that they were in violation of Osha regulations and they could be shut down then they decided that they would do everything they could to get rid of me,they couldn`t do it because of my work so they would send me on job`s  by myself,that they should have sent two people to do.After trying to put up with this for 2 more years I finally could not do this kind of work anymore because of the pain and the problems that I was having with my back.So I decided to apply with the Postal Service which I thought would not be that bad of a job because of it being mostly indoor work as compared to being outside all the time with the Radiographic Testing.Little did I know that I would get peneumonia and tear my knee to shreds in the next 3 years and within 6 years be compleetly disabled because of SM,arthurits,torn ligements in my wrist,DDD,and foot surgery.Oh I almost forgot the brain injury and the memory problems.Well I guess you never know,if we did we probably would not get out of bed in the morning.....lol.....Will write more when I get back from my little road trip,see ya`ll later.M.
