depression

So i got most of my test results back from my gp about the fainting episode. Everything came back normal which is good and bad. I just want to know whats wrong with me. I havent felt like myelf 4 months and i know something is wrong. Not only do i feel physically unwell i feel so depressed all the time maybe its because macys due date is in a a couple of weeks and getting excited about the fact i thought i was pregnant again and to be told im not. Im ment to be getting married in 7months but cant even be bothered to plan it any more
