another day
It's friday already... been a wild week... freaky hot then ...cool... humid.. yucky...
I'm trying to find a way to keep my old brain from dwelling on the past so much... so took up watching old tv series from the Libary... boy all them old cars.. 72 and beyond hahaha...
still keeping my weight down... few pounds a week.. sometimes it seems to just linger a while then oh looky I lost a couple pounds ...
keep on trying to ride my bicycle everyday... at least around the block a couple times... I haven't been out on the trail for while .. too hot or bugs gone wild hahaha
we got some skitters.. tiny little things can't see em till they feed for a while.. LOL.. and there are these nats.. (black flys) they bug ya crazy in this humid weather... so bike is idle...lol..
well time is gettin short... still miss my friends here on D/S sure hope al of ya have a great day... a pain free one would be really special...
So untill next time I'm gonna have to go...

it is so nice that you can now go to the library and get online. I still miss our chats. Glad to see you ride your bike when you can. I know the bugs are awful! No rain here so dry. There was finally in the 80\'s so I turned the air off! not to bad.
