Well I'm alive and happy to be movin around under my own steam... that thar stroller cmo got me is a life saver... use it like a wheel chair... yepp...

Son was so good helpin me in and out of da bed... bright side ya could say I been bedriden hehehehe... okay just teasin... but I lost over ten pounds... and I'm workin extra hard to keep it off...

sure hope I don't back slide into a big bowl of chilli, or something with any luck it'll be a salad hehehe... lots of lettuce and cucummbers, mator and dash of baco bits... gotta have baco bits... lowfat or fat free dressin...

well I guess the good lord had to remind me that I don't really know what PAIN is... least not since them kidney stones... did that home alone OOOOweee.... them fibro flares aint fun but at least I can move around and be grumpy... hate bein grumpy in one place all the time ... everybody runs off and no on to grump at hehehe... kids kinds smart eh...

Well my oldest son braved the snow storm to bring me some vittles from Wally world... made him stay the nite till the weather cleared up... hope his wifey don't hold that against me.. sure felt bad... told him not to come... to wait ... but no he's like thirty something and he still don't listen to dad... gotta love em...

Well got plenty of lettuce and cucummber to last a couple days... DJ got some hot pockets to fix, and he even made him self a sandwich all by him lonesome...

Me I been busy tryin to clean up the three day mess both boys made while i lay on my butt in bed..
well I gotta go.. h ands gettin numb, and can't sit here no longer but I'm doin great gotta an appointmen t to day so
