Okay so I did the fat boy dance for exercise... it makes my son giggle even if he don't want to... says it's embrassin to watch lol... it's just little squats to the muscic of Grand funk railroad... kinda shake it to the side a little as ya squat... not too much throw out a disc it ya shake it too much...
yeah I like to dance.. miss waltzin, and kickin up my heels to will waylon and merle... slow dancin... hey I can still do the Fonz... happy dayz... fonzie... jeez tuff crowd...
any who since I weight in at 400 i seepose that my hinny is about 200 of that and well you shake 200 pounds for about five minutes and ya gonna wear ya self out lol... might even break a sweat.... so hey i get down on the floor just to get up... three time an I'm whooped... but hey I can get up... last year i couldn't get up by myself... sad aint it... being overweight, unattractive, and alone...
but I'm soft... hehehehe...
