golly it be three days now I been sneezin and sneezin... it's snot funny... buggers my fly but my head hurts... nose is sore from swippin it so much...tried some sinus relief medicine...so far all it relived is money out my wallet...

All because my son open his window and let smoke into the appartment... boy i wish I was young again... not i mean I wish smoke didn't bother me so much... I don't wanna be young again... nope done that ready.

I did a nasal rinse this moanin... oh booy was that a rude awakening... set me on fire made my eyes water and dang it did feel better when it stopped burnin...best thing I used so far is menthol vapor rub... yepp... just rub it on the chest or under the nose and it helps a bunch...

My ribs are so sore from the sneezin, all them muscles I aint used in years are screamin help me...

So it's just bout normal for me today...
